All trades on bebext are final once confirmed. By trading on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your deposited funds
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market prices reflect collective predictions, not guaranteed outcomes
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times

bebext determines the outcome of markets based on publicly available information and predefined resolution criteria. Our resolution decisions are final. In cases of ambiguity or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to void markets and refund all positions.

All content on bebext, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of bebext or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bebext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of bebext after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
